Cimolai Galliano stands out for its great experience in sheet metal bending. We carry out bending work whitout distinction on stainless steel, iron, aluminium, copper and brass.
Numerically controlled and angle controlled press brakes guarantee high precision in processings.
Furthermore, an innovative machinery, designed as a flexible solution for sheet metal bending, allows us to combine productivity – thanks to automatic cycles of bending and of piece handling – with flexibility, which is obtained thanks to the use of universal tools and sensroy systems, so as to be able to produce easily both single pieces and large lots.

“Cutting-edge machinery for automatic precision bending.”
Besides traditional bending systems, Cimolai Galliano uses the Salvagnini panel bender, an innovative machine for automatic and programmed bending.
The system adopted for bending is expressed through the use of opposing blades for both upward and downward bending, which oppose the counter blade/bedknife while the blank holder/binder keeps the piece stationary in all processes.
The performance characteristics of the Salagnini P2, i.e. the need not to have recourse to tooling and the average of 17 folds per minute, allow us to be a valid competitive and high quality response to your needs.
